The current website has no checkout or payment gateway and does not charge for submitting an enquiry. Therefore there is no website purchase to cancel or refund.
1. Product discussions and demo requests
You may withdraw a demo or pilot enquiry at any time by emailing vyapartechstudio@gmail.com. No fee is charged for sending the current enquiry.
2. Future paid services
Before any payment is accepted, the applicable order form or subscription agreement must disclose:
- the legal service provider and tax details;
- the product, pilot, implementation, support, hardware, or other item being purchased;
- price, taxes, billing frequency, payment date, and accepted method;
- trial period, service start, minimum term, renewal, and cancellation process;
- refund eligibility, exclusions, calculation, request window, and processing method;
- effects of suspension or termination on access, exports, data return, retention, and deletion;
- treatment of one-time setup, migration, customization, training, messaging, payment-provider, printer, card, travel, and hardware charges.
3. No automatic-renewal representation
The current website does not enroll visitors in a recurring plan or store payment details. If recurring billing is introduced, its authorization, reminders, cancellation method, failed-payment handling, and renewal terms will be presented before purchase.
4. Future refund requests
A future customer must use the contact method stated in its order form and provide the school or organization name, invoice or payment reference, amount, date, reason, and authorized contact details. Eligibility will be assessed under the agreement accepted for that purchase and applicable law.
5. Third-party charges
Payment, messaging, travel, installation, customization, consumable, or hardware costs may involve third parties. Whether those amounts are refundable must be stated in the applicable order form. No such terms are established by this pre-launch page.
6. Policy updates
This policy will be replaced or expanded before commercial sales begin. Changes will not rewrite the specific commercial terms already accepted for an order unless the agreement permits that change.
