This policy covers the public website and direct product enquiries. It does not yet govern a SchoolSync school-management account because that application is not offered through this website today.
1. Who operates this website
SchoolSync is a product in development by VyaparTech Studio. The legal entity name, registered address, and designated grievance contact must be added here before commercial launch. Until then, privacy questions may be sent to vyapartechstudio@gmail.com.
2. Information involved
Information you choose to send
The contact page asks for your name, school name, phone number, and city. The form prepares an email in your own mail application. You decide whether to send it. If you send the email, we receive those fields together with your email address and any additional information you include.
Basic technical records
The web server or hosting provider may create routine request and security logs, such as IP address, requested page, date and time, browser or user-agent information, response status, and diagnostic events. The final hosting provider, location, log retention, and authorized access must be confirmed before launch.
Information the current site does not intentionally collect
The current website does not provide accounts or checkout and does not intentionally collect student records, child data, attendance, biometrics, fee records, salary records, payment-card details, or uploaded school files.
3. How information is used
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange a product discussion.
- Understand interest in SchoolSync and the school workflows people want it to solve.
- Operate, diagnose, protect, and improve the website.
- Keep records needed to manage a request, dispute, abuse report, or legal obligation.
We do not use website enquiry information for behavioral advertising or sell it as a data product.
4. Sharing and service providers
Information may be handled by the email, hosting, security, and technical-support providers needed to operate the site and respond to you. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, to protect rights or systems, or during a documented business reorganization. A final provider and subprocessor list will be required before the SchoolSync application handles school data.
5. Retention
Enquiry emails and related correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues, and meet legal requirements. A specific retention schedule and deletion process are still to be approved. Routine server-log retention depends on the final hosting configuration and will be documented before launch.
6. Security
We intend to use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the website and the information involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Specific claims about encryption, hosting region, certifications, backups, or response times will be published only after they are implemented and verified.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you sent through an enquiry, subject to identity verification and applicable legal or record-retention requirements. You may also withdraw from product follow-up. Send the request from the address used for the enquiry and describe what you want us to review.
8. Children's information
This marketing website is intended for school owners, administrators, teachers, staff, and other adults evaluating the product. Do not send student names, child contact details, attendance records, images, biometrics, fee records, or other child information through the enquiry form or email.
9. International processing
The current email and hosting providers and their processing locations have not been published. Do not rely on the website as a representation that all data remains in India. Any application commitment about data location or cross-border processing must appear in an approved school agreement and provider schedule.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the website, enquiry process, provider details, or legal requirements change. The effective date and version will be updated on this page. Material application-data changes will require appropriate school communication and agreements.
